PRIVACY POLICY
Last Updated: June 1, 2025
This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled in connection with your use of the website smartesthumanever.com (the “Site”). By using or visiting the Site, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site.
1. NO DIRECT DATA COLLECTION BY US
We do not directly collect or store any personal information. Any information you provide (such as name, shipping address, payment details, or email) is collected and stored by third-party service providers (WordPress/WooCommerce, Stripe, Printify) and not by us. We do not maintain any separate customer database on our servers.
2. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
2.1 WordPress & WooCommerce
The Site is built on WordPress and uses WooCommerce for e-commerce functionality. When you place an order, WooCommerce collects your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and any other details required for order processing. That data is stored within WooCommerce’s databases under the hosting environment provided by our web host. We do not access or extract any personal information from WooCommerce beyond managing orders via the default admin interface.
2.2 Stripe (Payment Processing)
All payment transactions are processed through Stripe. At checkout, payment-related information (credit/debit card number, expiration date, CVV) is transmitted directly to Stripe via a secure connection. We do not see or store your full payment card details. Stripe issues us a token for each transaction, which we use only to record that payment was completed. Questions? See Stripe’s Privacy Policy: https://stripe.com/privacy.
2.3 Printify (Order Fulfillment)
Once you place an order, your name, shipping address, and order details are shared with Printify so that they can produce and ship your custom-designed shirt. We do not extract or store any personal data from Printify. For more, see Printify’s Privacy Policy: https://printify.com/privacy-policy/.
3. COOKIES & AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION
3.1 Cookies—WordPress/WooCommerce
WordPress and WooCommerce utilize essential cookies necessary for basic Site functions (e.g., maintaining your shopping cart session). These cookies are set and managed by WordPress and WooCommerce.
3.2 Analytics & Tracking
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool, to analyze page views, visits, and website performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or track personal data; it collects only anonymous metrics such as page load times, page views, and visits. For details, visit Cloudflare’s Web Analytics docs: https://www.cloudflare.com/web-analytics/.
3.3 Automatically Collected Data
When you visit the Site, our hosting server may log your IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited for security and stability purposes. This data is collected and stored by our hosting provider; we do not directly access or store it.
4. HOW TO REVIEW OR DELETE YOUR DATA
If you wish to review, correct, or delete your order information, contact us at [email protected]. We will forward your request to WooCommerce, Stripe, or Printify as needed. Note that we cannot delete data required by law for tax or record-keeping purposes.
5. COMMUNICATIONS
We send only transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications) generated by WooCommerce and Stripe. We do not send marketing or promotional emails.
6. SECURITY
All data you submit via the Site is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. WordPress, WooCommerce, Stripe, and Printify each maintain their own security measures, firewalls, and encryption protocols. Any questions about those measures should be directed to the respective provider’s documentation.
7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Site is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can delete it promptly.
8. INTERNATIONAL VISITORS
We currently ship only to U.S. addresses. If you order from outside the U.S., your order will be canceled. Data you provide may be transferred to servers in the United States for processing by WooCommerce, Stripe, and Printify. For questions about international data handling, please consult their privacy policies.
9. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request:
(a) Disclosure of categories of personal information collected about you and third parties with whom it’s shared;
(b) Deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions;
(c) Information about categories of personal data sold or shared and recipients.
To exercise these rights, email us at [email protected] with “CCPA Request” in the subject line. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
